1. What is the total amount of West Virginia's state budget?
   For FY 2011 (fiscal year from July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2011), the total state budget is $24.1 billion, of which $3.7 billion is from General Funds:

   General Funds  $  3,740,285,483*  
   Federal Funds  $  4,686,812,394  
   Other Funds    $ 12,348,596,279
